NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Siuslaw Public Library District, Lane County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 will take place on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 12:15 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting Oregon Executive Order 20-16, the meeting will be held via online videoconferencing
and telephone on the Zoom platform.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may participate in the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee using telephone or videoconferencing options, or they may comment via mail or email. Specific instructions for access to this meeting are posted on or by calling 541-997-3132. Residents are also welcome to send written comments to the Budget Committee at email@example.com or by mail using the address: SPLD Budget Committee, 1460 9th Street, Florence, OR 97439. Written comments must be received by
5:00 PM on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 to be considered.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after Friday, April 16, 2021, by appointment with Library Director Meg Spencer. Please schedule an appointment by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 541-997-3132.
Documents will also be available online after that date at www.SiuslawLibrary.info.

A Regular Meeting of the Siuslaw Public Library District Board of Directors will be held at 10:00 AM
on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. TThis meeting will include remote participation by board members as outlined in Governor Kate Brown’s Executive Order 20-16. The public is invited and encouraged to attend remotely by phone or online, and may submit questions and public comments via email prior to 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at firstname.lastname@example.org.
