In 2021, the Library Board of Directors and staff members created a short-term strategic plan that is designed to keep the library flexible, responsive, and safe during this unusual year. This year's plan was developed using the "Objectives and Key Results" method favored by some tech companies and other bsuinesses and organizations that re-evaluate services and needs on an annual basis.
