Hold Pickup Request

 

Fill out the hold pickup request form to request items already in our library collection. (If you would like to request items not owned at our library, contact ref@siuslawlibrary.org or call 541-997-3132.) We'll contact you with any questions about your request. Otherwise, requested items will be ready the next business day on the hold pickup cart inside our Florence location. 

If you would like to pick your items up in Mapleton, please make a note under other comments or questions at the end of the form.
