Summer Reading 2023

Summer reading is back at Siuslaw Public Library! This year's theme is "Find Your Voice".

During June and July, we've got lots of fun and activities for all ages. Kids in Siuslaw and Mapleton schools through 12th grade will get your summer reading packet (and a free book!) at school. For everyone else - including adults - stop by the library to get your summer reading materials starting June 1.

Track Your Reading & Win Prizes

Ages 0-4: Complete a special game board and earn a brag tag every week when you visit the library.

Ages 4-12: Track your reading and collect a bead for every day you read at least 20 minutes, and a brag tag for every week you read at least 4 days. Stop by for a daily scratch-off ticket to win an instant prize or enter the grand prize drawing.

Ages 12-18: Stop by the library for a daily scratch-off ticket. You'll either be an instant winner or you can enter the grand prize drawing.

Adults: We've got prizes for adults, too! For every book you read or listen to, movie you watch, etc., you can enter to win a free book in our weekly drawings.
