Siuslaw Public Library District is carefully monitoring public health guidance regarding coronavirus and COVID-19. Here is some information about our current response:
Is the library open?
We are now open for limited browsing hours. See our browsing page for more information. We are also offering curbside hold pickup. Staff are onsite to answer calls Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM, at 541-997-3132.

Are you cancelling library programs and events?
All library programs and events during the closure are cancelled.
Can I use a computer or print something?
We are offering one-hour computer appointments twice daily, Monday-Friday, at 11:30 AM and 5 PM. Call to schedule: 541-997-3132. We also accept walk-ins as space allows.
Do you have wifi?
Yes, our free public wifi is accessible in our parking lots at both Florence and Mapleton. There is no password to log in. Look for the blue sign for more information.
What if I have a reference or computer question?
You can get 24/7 online assistance through Answerland on our website. You may also email email@example.com.
How do I renew my items, place a hold, or renew my library card?
How do I return my items? Are you quarantining returns?
Yes, we are taking returns inside the front lobby in Florence. Place your items in the bins, Monday-Thursday, 11 AM - 2 PM, and Friday, 11 AM - 6 PM. Items are quarantined for 24 hours before being checked in.
