All library programs and events during the closure are cancelled.
Should I cancel my event at the library?
All public meetings, programs, and events during the closure are cancelled. If you have questions about whether to schedule a meeting or event when the library reopens, see Lane County Public Health’s guidelines for social distancing (link below).
What if I have a reference or computer question?
You can get 24/7 online assistance through Answerland on our website. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org, which staff will be checking intermittently during the closure.
How do I renew my items, place a hold, or renew my library card?
At this time, we are automatically renewing checked out items and extending library card privileges during the closure. You can place holds by logging into your online library account. If you need assistance, email email@example.com.
Should I return my items?
We are asking you to keep and enjoy your checked out items until we reopen. The outside book drop is closed.
